In the DelphiVCL Wiindows UI Toolkit TMonitorDefaultTo specifies which monitor to select when there is no match to the specified criteria.

TMonitorDefaultTo indicates which monitor should be used when the selection criteria do not match any of the monitors in the system.

It can have any of the following values:

ValueMeaning
mdNearestChoose the monitor that comes closest to matching the criteria (the monitor closest to a point, on which most of a rectangle lies etc).
mdNullDo not select any monitor if the criteria can’t be met. Use nil (Delphi) or NULL (C++) to indicate that no monitor could be found.
mdPrimaryChoose the primary monitor if no monitor matches the criteria.
